She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions that complemented my face shape and hair type. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about giving me the best possible haircut.Throughout the appointment, Sophia's professional and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease. I went on a last minute emergency with my hair and ROXY was amazing, my hair was falling out due to me over processing my hair and she completely saved whatever hair I had left, like she did CPR my hair no joke. She was patient and kind she knew what to do and then gave me a hair cut that I have receive compliments daily. No one was up for the challenge and she was and did amazing I will never forget this moment. My hair thanks her and I thank her I will only let her though my hair. Thanks Roxy😄
